Meet Kiko

Hi, I am Kiko Ha and a real person, not Al-generated. It’s nice to meet you! 🙂

I am a licensed therapist in the state of Missouri (LPC#2018003484) and Florida (LMHC#MH18860). I am also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP).

My journey to becoming a therapist wasn’t marked by a grand revelation—it began as a quiet instinct at a young age, something I just knew, and over time, it grew into a passion and a purposeful pursuit.

Growing up in an Asian household, I had my fair share of experiences with stressors and intergenerational trauma patterns passed down from previous generations. Though I was fed and sheltered, it was not until I became an adult that I realized the impact those stressors and patterns had on me and my relationships with others. 

I was determined to become a therapist despite the stigma within my culture, and along the way, I ended up learning a lot about myself too.

The saying goes, “Knowledge is power,” but I also believe that AWARENESS is power. We seek awareness before we seek change, because until we know what we are dealing with, change may not happen.
